My laptop goes wherever the drone goes: to the shoot, to the client meeting, and to the café where I sort through a day of footage. This Drone Pilot Laptop Sleeve carries it between the bag and the desk. It is a snug, lightweight neoprene sleeve that keeps the editing machine free of scratches and dust. It also handles light rain on the walk back from the car.
It slides into a backpack or a commercial pilot’s flight bag without adding much weight. If you want a different look, the Boeing 747 cockpit laptop sleeve is the other sleeve in the shop.

Choosing a size
The sleeve comes in two sizes, 13 in and 15 in. It is made to fit snugly, so choose the size that matches your laptop. Don’t size up. A 13 inch laptop goes in the 13 in sleeve, and a 15 inch laptop goes in the 15 in sleeve. If you are not sure, check the screen size the manufacturer lists for your model.
Will it keep my laptop dry?
Neoprene resists water, so the sleeve copes with light rain and damp conditions. Treat it as water resistant, not waterproof.
If you are putting together an editing station at home, my drone pilot desk and studio setup guide covers the rest of the setup.
