Kids Drone Pilot Cap

This is the kids version of our Drone Pilot cap, made for the young co-pilots who come along to the flying field and want to look the part. It keeps the sun out of their eyes on a day out flying, at baseball practice or during a backyard tumble.

Kids Drone Pilot Cap

It is designed to match the grown-up version, so parent and kid can head out in matching caps. It also sits comfortably in our list of gifts for drone pilots under 50.

What you get

• 100% bio-washed chino cotton twill
• Unstructured, 6-panel, low-profile shape
• Pre-curved visor
• 6 embroidered eyelets for breathability

Fit and sizing for kids

The cap fits a head circumference of 21″–21.57″ (53.3 cm–54.8 cm). Before ordering, run a soft tape measure around your child’s head just above the ears and across the forehead, and compare it with that range. The hideaway strap lets you fine-tune the fit, and the unstructured, low-profile build gives a softer crown than a stiff structured cap.

Is there a matching adult cap?

Yes. The kids cap was made to pair with our adult Drone Pilot caps, which you can find in the drone pilot hats collection.

One reminder from the shop: drones are not toys. If your kid is flying with you, follow the EASA or FAA rules for your area, and never fly when the spot is unsafe or you are not fully fit. Our EU drone pilot certification guide covers the basics for flying in Europe.
